Hi my name is William Austin I have been teaching here for a total of 5 years. In that time I have had the great pleasure of educating many men and women in the field of EMS. Currently I am a Lead ALS Instructor as well as IT manager for East Bay Medical Educators. I am a 5 year paramedic and have been in the field for a total of 10 years. Within that time frame I have had the pleasure of working in a few different EMS systems on the East Coast the latest being a 2 year stent in Pinellas County Florida. My name is Dana Lovell. I have been teaching with East Bay Medical Educators for over three years. I am an EMT-B and hold the rank of Sergeant with the Rhode Island School of Design Department of Public Safety. I am also a volunteer with the University of Rhode Island EMS service. I currently a co-lead instructor with the Basic program.
