Terms of Sales
This is an example of a standard Sales Agreement. When applied to a product, a customer must check the box labeled "I Agree" before they are able to purchase the item. They accept plain text as well as HTML.
Deposit
All Deposits are non refundable I understand that by placing a deposit that East Bay Medical Educators encures costs that are not refundable in preperation for the upcoming class. Therefore deposits for any program are non refundable
Payment
Payment's recieved via this site are put directly toward your upcoming class. Refunds will be issued up to the first day of class minus the appropriate deposit required for that particular class
